Adam Jabbar

Adam Jabbar is a technology lawyer and Managing Partner of TECHLAWG, a legal practice that builds contracts, compliance and AI governance documentation for technology companies across multiple jurisdictions.

In March 2023 he published ChatGPT for Lawyers: 101 Practical Prompts, one of the first practical guides to generative AI written for the legal profession. It reached No.1 in Law Office Technology on Amazon and was followed by four further titles, now read by legal professionals in more than 30 countries.

He founded AI for Lawyers Academy to give practitioners training grounded in how legal work is actually done: practical, jurisdiction-aware and candid about the risks. He also co-founded YourMunshi, Pakistan’s first AI-powered legal assistant, and serves as President of the International AI & Law Forum, a global community working on responsible AI in legal practice.

What Adam believes

That AI will not replace good lawyers, but lawyers who use it well will outpace those who do not. That every efficiency gain must come with verification. And that practical knowledge about AI should be available to every lawyer, not only those at firms with large training budgets. That conviction is why so much of this site is free.
